Conditions of Sales

• Items considered for sale are subject to a mandatory testing period, which typically lasts three (3) business days.
• UCS has the right to reject any item for any reason.
• If the item is rejected, the seller should pick up the item from UCS at no charge.
• If the seller decides they do not want to sell the item at any time during the three (3) day testing period, or thereafter, they must pay UCS a $60 labor fee for testing. UCS is not responsible if the seller returns after the three (3) day testing period to reclaim the item without prior notification and the item has already been resold.
